Responsibilities
Build the operational risk framework for the loyalty program
Design and implement preventive and detective fraud controls
Manage and track fraud incidents through resolution
Serve as the liaison with the Second and Third Lines of Defense
Translate operational risks into business decisions with documented trade–offs
Operate and continuously improve the program's GRC tools
