Loyalty Program Management

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the company‘s loyalty and rewards programs.
  • Design customer-centric loyalty constructs to improve engagement, retention, transaction frequency, and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop and manage earning, redemption, milestone, tiering, and engagement-based reward programs.
  • Continuously evaluate loyalty performance and recommend enhancements based on customer behavior and market trends.
  • Work with product and technology teams to launch new loyalty features and experiences.



Value-Added Services (VAS

  • Identify, evaluate, and launch new VAS offerings that create customer value while driving incremental revenue
  • Manage existing VAS portfolio including adoption, utilization, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance
