  • Set up/Adjust machine components based upon customer orders/work order specs.
  • Run machine to produce product to fulfil customer order.
  • Observe machine operation, gauges, meters and controls to ensure safety, quality and uniformity.
  • Monitor the production and provide quick timely response to any equipment malfunctions.
  • Periodically check products to ensure quality by using measuring tape, machine caliper and gauges.
  • Completes appropriate paperwork and provides accurate information related to waste, down time, machine maintenance and efficiency.
