Machine Operator
Chippenham
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: 3 on / 3 off (days & nights 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)
We’re recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on running machinery, hitting production targets, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Duties
Operate machinery to meet production output
Monitor quality and complete production records
Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
Carry out basic machine maintenance
Support continuous improvement across the siteWhat We’re Looking For
