KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
Operate sachet filling and flexible packaging production lines safely and efficiently to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.Perform machine operation, troubleshooting, minor repairs, autonomous maintenance, and routine equipment checks to ensure optimal machine performance and production availability.Conduct production activities including line clearance, changeovers, Clean-In-Place (CIP), Clean-Out-of-Place (COP), and startup preparations in accordance with standard operating procedures.Monitor product quality throughout the production process and perform required quality checks, inspections, and documentation to ensure compliance with established standards.Complete production records, checklists, OEE reports, and operational documentation accurately and within required timelines.S...
