Macro Offshore Crew DK ApS is looking for a Stability Section Leader (SSL).
**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements within area of responsibility.
Supervise all marine operations, including navigation, anchor handling, stability, loading/unloading, and related maintenance.
Lead and coordinate the marine crew in safe and efficient execution of work tasks.
Assist the OIM with operational and management duties.
Conduct risk assessments, crew training, and emergency drills.
Evaluate marine crew performance and ensure required competence levels.
Manage PPE inventory and material logistics.
Oversee on-the-job training (OJT) for catering personnel as applicable.
