As a Maintenance Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and improve our technical infrastructure, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively for our lending solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles and a commitment to preventative maintenance and quick problem resolution.
Working closely with the Engineering Team, you'll be instrumental in the upkeep of our systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will help in identifying potential issues before they become problems and in implementing solutions that enhance system reliability and performance.
You'll also support our Customer Success team by addressing infrastructure-related queries and issues, thereby upholding AltScore's reputation for exceptional service.
