Maintenance Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and control production processes in real-time using SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
• Expertise in the use of sensors (temperature, pressure, voltage, current, etc.) to monitor the performance of the manufacturing process and detect faults.
• Managing maintenance resources effectively, including spare parts, tools, and technicians.
• Apply expertise in the maintenance and optimization of material handling systems, such as conveyors and lifts, used to move components through the production line.
• Reading electrical diagrams, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems involved in the battery manufacturing process.
• Coordinating maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime and ensure optimal machine utilization.
