Job Description
**🔧 Apartment Maintenance Technician**
**Pay:** $23–$30/hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM + rotating on-call
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
+ Complete work orders and service requests
+ Handle unit turns to prep for new residents
+ Maintain property grounds and support team operations
+ Work alongside leasing and management teams in a fast-paced, new-build environment
**Requirements:**
+ Apartment or property maintenance experience
+ Strong plumbing/carpentry skills
+ Experience with work orders or PMS systems preferred
+ Valid Driver’s License
+ Must have own basic hand tool

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
