Requirements of the Maintenance Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent related experience.
• 10 plus years of experience in manufacturing plant engineering and maintenance.
• Experience in the metals industry.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical, Stamping, Cutting, Forming, Grinding, Tool Sharpening, Milling, Machine Setup, Spark Testing, Basic Carpentry and HVAC, Electrical Repairs, Time Studies, Machine Repair and Tooling Selection.
• Able to read blueprints and machine schematics.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
