Maintenance Manager

Summary
Core Molding Technologies is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, uptime, and safe plant operations.
This role is responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, minimizing downtime, supporting production goals, and driving continuous improvement across equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
The Maintenance Manager plays a key role in supporting new program launches, plant transfers (including DCPD operations), and sustaining existing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance team, including supervisors, technicians, and support staff
Drive performance across KPIs (safety, uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, cost)
Ensure equipment reliability and availability to meet production requirements
Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
