Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee critical operational records including water consumption logs, mould tracking reports, inspection schedules, and engineering work orders to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventory control processes, ensuring timely stock updates, proper documentation, and inventory accuracy.
- Handle procurement administration including preparation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers on repair works, service documentation, and maintenance records to ensure timely completion and proper follow-up.
- Administer staff-related matters including attendance monitoring, leave records, medical claims, and worker documentation compliance.
