Maintenance Supervisor

Description

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisors to lead our maintenance team at our sawmill/planer facility. Working on either a Monday to Friday, Graveyard or a Compressed Weekend Shift (F/S/S), you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the sawmill/planer machinery and equipment. Your responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance requests, creating and managing work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and assigning tasks to maintenance technicians. Additionally, you will oversee parts inventory, track maintenance progress, and provide regular performance reports to management.
