Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Job Description Long term contract - potential to go direct or be extended Approximately 16 hours of overtime a week Must be open to all 3 shifts * 1st 5:30AM- 3PM * 2nd 3:30PM - 1 AM * 3rd 9:30PM - 7AM * 3 shifts of coverage Rotation is based on what the group leaders like to do They can work any of the 3 shifts - need to be open to working any shift Will train on 1st shift initially for approx. 2-3 weeks They work every other weekend, maybe one weekend a month Day to day breakdown: * Supervise Mechanics and Electricians in Body Shop * Start up meeting daily - 30 minutes before the shift starts * On the floor all day - helping with maintaining production lines and responding to breakdowns in order to keep the line moving * Manage team - payroll, safety, quality, any help that is needed as far as getting spare parts from the crib or ordering them * Once a week they will report out on their thruput process - what they are doing to make their area run better, ta...
