Shift

Monday to Friday, with on‑call weekends.

Reporting

• Reports into Engineering Manager
• Supervises a team of 4 to 6 maintenance mechanics

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary

• Lead and oversee the maintenance team in both technical and people aspects.
• Prioritize and assign tasks for the team, liaising with other departments as needed.
• Set up, dismantle and troubleshoot nutraceutical and pharmaceutical production machines using hand and power tools, including encapsulation, tableting, pouching, packaging line, and blistering machines.
