Responsibilities

• Repair or replace items around the hotel and refurbish items in guest rooms. By keeping on top of these tasks, you'll keep our hotels looking great and working well.
• Maintains accurate records, reports documentation according to our policy & procedures (we do this by using our maintenance reporting system efficiently).
• Responsible for reporting to the Maintenance Manager and/or Group Property Manager any events or outstanding works that could affect our hotel operation or guests' services prior to the end of the shift.
• Participate in and complete any Preventative Maintenance tasks as requested by the Maintenance Manager/Group Property Manager.
• Ensure any tools, supplies or equipment are secured when not in use.
