Purpose of the Job
The main purpose of the role is to provide technical support to maintenance activities (on site or by remote) on Trackside signalling products (switch point machines/axle counters) operated by the Alstom domestic and international Customers.
The role includes the responsibility to be the technical Customer interface in global service maintenance contracts and to manage warranty obligations on the projects in the scope of Alstom Ferroviaria SpA beeing the Warranty work package owner in charge...
