MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 100 investment properties throughout Oregon and Washington. We are in need of a maintenance technician for a 55 plus manufactured housing community in Everett WA.

This is a full-time hourly position with Full benefits.

Employer paid medical, Dental and 401K after 90 days.

Job Summary: Maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
