Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is a hands‑on, field‑based role responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs across multiple automotive dealership facilities within a designated region. The incumbent ensures that all facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

This role is central to maintaining dealership uptime, supporting service operations, and reducing vendor reliance through proactive maintenance and quick‑response repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Preventive & Reactive Maintenance

• Perform scheduled maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, hoists, and building envelope.
• Respond to service requests promptly, troubleshooting and repairing minor issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify and document deficiencies or hazards.
