**Job Description**
This role maintains, repairs, and improves production equipment and plant facilities to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. The Maintenance Technician installs, adjusts, and troubleshoots mechanical and electrical systems, works closely with production and maintenance teams, and ensures equipment runs at optimal performance while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

+ Install, adjust, and repair production equipment and special-purpose machines as needed to support manufacturing operations.
+ Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively to perform maintenance tasks.
