Maintenance Technician

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment used in medical device production to ensure high equipment reliability and minimal downtime. The role supports a range of systems, including CNC machining platforms, PLC-controlled equipment, and auxiliary production machinery.

The technician applies strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, interprets technical documentation, and performs structured root cause analysis to drive effective corrective actions. Working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the role contributes to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of equipment performance.
