Maintenance Technician/Associate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose equipment faults to reduce downtime and improve MTBF/MTTR metrics
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and breakdown support
• Carry out machine setup, adjustment, and auto-control commissioning per specifications
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Handle daily maintenance service requests and routine facility repairs
• Manage contracts with external service providers
• Maintain TPM records, machine downtime logs, and spare parts/consumables inventory
• Support new product introduction, continuous improvement projects, and SOP compliance
• Adhere to HSE regulations and proper housekeeping standards at all times
