Job Description
As a maintenance worker, you will be responsible for carrying out tasks that have an impact on the environmental quality of work, while applying established safety standards. You’ll perform a variety of maintenance and repair work in the various building trades.
Your daily routine
- Perform preventive maintenance on buildings, furniture, and equipment: Keeps an up-to-date record of requests made.
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety rules and accident prevention: Monitors compliance with fire prevention standards (emergency exits, emergency lighting, etc.).
- Conduct maintenance and repair of buildings by undertaking tasks related to electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and other areas: Applies technical building knowledge.
