About the Role

Service Stream’s Utilities division is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Works Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the planning and scheduling of maintenance works across Urban Utilities assets.This role is at the heart of operational success, ensuring all planned maintenance activities are effectively prioritised, scheduled, and resourced, while meeting performance, safety, and compliance targets under the Mechanical, Electrical and Control Systems (MECS) Agreement.You’ll be the key link between planning and execution, working closely with supervisors and operations teams to turn maintenance plans into efficient, well-coordinated field delivery.
