This role involves overseeing mall operations and pairs directly with the Operations Director. Your contributions will optimize facility performance, manage project scopes, and ensure tenant satisfaction while adhering to Simon's standards and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and monitor the 5-year capital improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
• Manage service agreements per Simon Field Purchasing Policy
• Perform daily inspections and respond to maintenance requests
• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants and local officials
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum three years’ experience in facilities operations
