Manager administration

Overview of the role:

Saputo Dairy Products Canada is currently looking for Manager, Finance & Administration for our Quebec facilities. Primarily responsible for the finance and administration of Warehouse and Distribution in the Québec region, including inventory management, internal and external audit, operations compliance, maintenance and management of financial reports, scorecards, KPI’s, payroll, supplier/vendor relations and adherence to Company policy and procedure.

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Manage and control the duties and responsibilities of Inventory Control, Route Settlement, Accounts Payable and Payroll to agreed levels of performance and expectations.
• Meet warehouse and distribution operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; overseeing annual budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
