Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers and partners. Transportation & Distribution Manage inbound and outbound shipments by road, sea, and air. Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, transporters, and logistics service providers. Risk & Safety Management Ensure workplace safety and compliance with WSH regulations. Develop contingency plans for delays, disruptions, or emergencies. Minimize cargo damage, losses, and operational risk Optimize routes, delivery schedules, and fleet utilization. Warehouse Operations Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of goods according to safety standards. Implement efficient space utilization and warehouse layout improvements.
