OVERVIEW Develop and execute corporate strategy and annual plans through market analysis, industry benchmarking, and identification of growth opportunities, strategic gaps, and portfolio optimization to drive long-term business performance.
Translate corporate strategy into actionable initiatives, business cases, and implementation roadmaps, ensuring clear KPIs, effective execution, and achievement of timeline, budget, and outcome targets.
Partner with business units to structure strategic initiatives, define performance metrics, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and operating framework.
