Key Roles & Responsibilities


1. Technical Support & Customer Service

  • Provide advanced technical support for customers and corporate clients
  • Perform product testing including appearance, functionality, hardware compatibility, and software applications
  • Handle customer escalations through emails, social media, and service channels
  • Educate customers regarding product performance standards (colour accuracy, display uniformity, etc.)

2. Pre-Sales & Product Training

  • Conduct technical training sessions for internal sales teams and key account customers
  • Support pre-launch product readiness and technical enablement
  • Train solution partners, VARs, and system integrators on product usage and installation
