**About the Role**
**As Manager for DBS Systems Engineering you will lead a skilled team with full personnel responsibility, including recruitment, individual development, and performance follow-up.**You’ll oversee the delivery of the DBS system to customers and end-users while driving technical innovation and system development. The position carries overall responsibility for the DBS System and IT solutions, ensuring integration across NOV and third-party systems. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional groups—such as operations, sales, engineering, and product lines—to align priorities, deliverables, and strategic direction.
