Emerging Technology Trends: Keeping up to date on emerging technology trends, competitor analysis and market research to inform R&D strategies. Partnership Development: Seek collaboration with IHLs, RIs, start-ups to leverage, learn and implement best practices to foster an innovation culture. Competency management and development: Align common competencies across business units and with group level, seek improvements for staff career development via Competency Management System.
