**The preferred location for this position is in Beaumont, TX, however the Woodlands, TX may be considered. Relocation may also be considered for this position.**

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for developing and coordinating a work plan and schedules for the Capital, Incremental, O&M, and Failure work performed in substations for the Grid. The manager is also responsible for ensuring that tasks are planned and scheduled in a timely manner and adequate time and resources are allocated to complete the work safely and in compliance with NERC Reliability Standards.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
