What the role is:
You will be part of a team that provides integrated employee essential services and centralised MINDEF corporate services across various MINDEF offices. You will manage the delivery of employee Human Resource (HR) services and lead service improvement projects with a digitalisation focus to enhance HR administrative services for staff across multiple locations.
What you will be working on:- Manage the delivery of integrated employee HR services, including comprehensive onboarding processes across different MINDEF office locations.
- Lead and implement service improvement projects with a strong focus on digitalisation to enhance HR administrative services.
- Manage processes and system workflows to optimise service delivery efficiency.
- Drive service journey designs to improve business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as case resolution times and customer satisfaction scores.
