What the role is:
You lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of HR systems by reviewing HR processes arising from policy changes, Change Requests (CR), and Incident Reports (IR).
What you will be working on:- Lead system implementation and enhancements through reviews of HR processes arising from policy changes, CRs, and IRs
- Ensure seamless integration between core HR systems and bolt‑on applications, as well as other systems outside the HR domain
- Develop and recommend functional and technical designs with the project lead for endorsement and approval at the relevant governance forums
- Review policy changes and existing business processes to identify areas for further process harmonisation and improvement
- Perform first‑level evaluation of CRs and IRs, and propose critical items for further review and implementation
