Manager, Learning & Development Systems

H&H is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development Systems to join the firm’s New York City office. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution, administration, and continuous improvement of H&H University, ensuring the program operates efficiently, scales effectively, and remains aligned with the firm’s technical practice and culture.

This position focuses on systems, operations, and program infrastructure. It enables technical leaders, project managers, and instructors to focus on teaching and mentoring by managing the tools, processes, and logistics that support program delivery. This role does not include responsibility for curriculum or instructional design.
