Manager, Lending

Purpose

Manager, Credit - Retail Lending leaders and oversees the DFC Retail lending department in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The incumbent is responsible for human resource management and operational effectiveness objectives. They provide leadership and guidance to the DFC delivery network in a manner consistent with the overall Canadian Bank strategy of developing and leading a customer-focused culture. This includes a primary responsibility for leading, managing, coaching and training others by focusing on Retail Lending disciplines.
