Manager Manufacturing

To plan, organize and control production to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to quality standard.

Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and control production schedule.
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process and cycle time.
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, human and materials resources.
• Work out/Set and adhere to standard operating procedures for production operations.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to 5S, health quality control and safety procedures.
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.

Your Profile

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent.
• Experience in Semiconductor is an added advantage.
