• Coordinate with floor supervisors to identify manufacturing issues and deploy technical resources to minimize equipment downtime.
• Participate in daily status meetings to synchronize engineering priorities with factory production goals and volume targets.
• Direct and mentor a team of Process Engineers and student interns, managing performance and professional development.
