Purpose
This position manages and controls the complete Plant Mechanical Maintenance, Condition Monitoring and Plant Projects execution addition of new plant equipment. Plans, executes, monitors, records and reports scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities of plant equipment and relevant plant structure
• Develops and implement departmental strategic objectives
• Prepare and follow department annual budget and annual outage
• Analyze and do RCA for failures
• Communicate with internal and external suppliers and customers. Hires, trains, assigns tasks to sub-ordinates and reviews performance.
