Plant Operations & Performance Management

Lead daily operations and maintenance (O&M) activities of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and balance‑of‑plant (BOP) systems. Monitor plant performance metrics including availability, reliability, and generation output. Oversee outage planning, forced outage analysis, and root cause investigations. Implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize plant uptime and efficiency.

Regulatory & Compliance Management (Philippine Context)

Ensure compliance with DOE operational and reporting requirements, ERC regulatory obligations, plant certifications, NGCP Grid Code, Philippine Distribution Code, DENR Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), local government permits and reporting requirements.
