Manager Operations Laminoria & Arija leads a team of approximately 10 people within a cluster of 60 employees, ensuring production, maintenance, and operational activities run efficiently, safely, and in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Safety Leadership

  • Ensures compliance with safety standards required by law and company policy.
  • Ensures plant personnel safety, leads and supports the safety program, and conducts or ensures completion of safety training.
