Manager, Operations Strategy & Performance

Overview

Permanent Full Time. The Manager, Operations Strategy & Performance reports to the Director, COBE Enablement and plays a key role in supporting the execution of the Canada Operations & Business Enablement strategy. This role helps translate strategic priorities into structured plans, performance insights and reporting. Working closely with the Director and in partnership with business, operations, technology, finance, and communications partners, the Manager, COBE Performance supports many of the team’s core initiatives, including executive updates, portfolio reporting, leadership forums, and recognition activities. This role is ideal for a strong operator who can connect details to broader outcomes, bring structure to ambiguity, and help leaders make informed decisions.
