About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to strategic growth. This role requires a balance of client servicing, team leadership, and business development capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consulting support to clients as guided by senior leadership
  • Manage day-to-day client activities independently or with minimal supervision
  • Assist in business development, including contributing to new business pitches
  • Attend, participate in, and lead client meetings
  • Own media and influencer outreach, while building and expanding journalist and influencer networks
