To grow and retain client relationships as per allocated FlexiPay segment/sector portfolio (e.g., Agribusiness, Public Sector; and Consumer). To execute on the offering, related toolbox(es), initiatives and activities aimed at optimising both client experience and profitability for the bank.
Deliver revenue and portfolio growth targets in line with approved budgets by effectively converting leads generated through Business Banking, Personal Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and other business units.Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct customer engagement, joint sales calls, and field visits with relationship and sales teams.
