Manager, Software Engineering- Frontend/UI

What You'll Do Avalara is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead distributed engineering teams building scalable, cloud-native software as a service solutions that help simplify tax compliance for customers. You will guide multiple Scrum teams across geographies, improve engineering execution, and help deliver secure, reliable, high-performance systems. You will partner with Product, User Experience, Architecture, and other engineering leaders to align technical work with customer and business priorities. You will also help grow engineering talent and raise the team’s use of artificial intelligence in practical, measurable ways across coding, testing, operations, and delivery.
