KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Strategic Planning & Alignment : Lead the development and periodic review of the university’s strategic plan by engaging internal stakeholders, analysing sector trends, and ensuring alignment with national policies and global benchmarks. Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives across faculties and departments.
• University Performance Review (Tier 1) : Lead, plan and guide university performance management and measurement by reviewing the status of implementation of key strategies (Tier I), endorsing recommendations for improvement and conducting continuous engagement with key owners and stakeholders in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the operations and processes of the univ...
