Job Description

Reporting to the AD, Supply Chain Development, the Manager, Supply Chain Development will be responsible for CANADA BU initiatives as assigned, and will work closely with marketing, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and R&D teams to deliver critical Supply Chain priorities.

  • Innovation/ Renovation – Lead commercialization from a Supply Chain perspective to deliver projects on time. Act as liaison and advocate for internal and external manufacturing facilities and operations KPIs. Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing sourcing strategy, partnering closely with procurement. Work closely with R&D, FSQA, Regulatory, Marketing, and the PMO teams. The Manager will be required to report on project performance, flag risks to stakeholders, and create and execute mitigation strategies when necessary.
