Job Description

What the role is:

You are responsible for planning and implementation of the training curriculum.

What you will be working on:

  • Analyse operational requirements to identify training needs
  • Design and develop training solutions
  • Implement and evaluate training solutions
  • Challenge(s): Work closely with internal and external agencies to drive the Training Institute's training and learning pedagogy and transformation

What we are looking for:

  • Education in Training, Design, Learning or Development related fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Cybersecurity certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, etc.)
  • Applicants with no experience may apply
