What the role is:
You are responsible for planning and implementation of the training curriculum.
What you will be working on:
- Analyse operational requirements to identify training needs
- Design and develop training solutions
- Implement and evaluate training solutions
- Challenge(s): Work closely with internal and external agencies to drive the Training Institute's training and learning pedagogy and transformation
What we are looking for:
- Education in Training, Design, Learning or Development related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Cybersecurity certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, etc.)
