Manager Training (PHL)
Under general guidance and mentoring, provides oversight of a customer service unit.
Responsibilities
- Establish department policies and procedures
- Conduct audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies
- Prepare specialized reports
- Lead special project work as assigned based on business needs
- Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports
Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS degree and 5 years of experience in progressively complex customer service environments, or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent background.
