TheManufacturingCapabilityLeadersupportsthedevelopmentofindividualcolleaguesandteamsintheimplementationandassuranceofEssitystandards.ThisroleiskeyinthedevelopmentofskillsandknowledgewithintheManufacturingteamandwillbeactivelyparticipatinginthemanagementofthetrainingandeducationpillar,ensuringeffectivetrainingthatcontributestotheefficiencyandproductivityoftheplantandimplementationofthecontinuousTPMmethodology.

What You Will Do

  • Generationofplanttrainingstrategy.

  • Itguaranteesthediagnosisanddetectionoftraininganddevelopmentneeds,bothlocalandregionalalignment.

  • Developmentoflearningtools,content,andmethodologies,toimproveandstandardizetrainingmaterials,implementationprocesses,andassurancetools(statuschecks)basedonbestpractices.
